“12 years ago this miracle baby made me a mama. Forever grateful to Jesus. 🥹♥️,” she captioned the post.
Fans, followers and other Springbok WAGS shared well wishes to Nicholas in the comments section of the post.
“Will always be my first boy! Love you Nicholas 💙,” wrote Layla Kolbe, wife of Springbok Cheslin Kolbe.
“🥹🥰❤️,” wrote Olympic swimmer Tatjana Smith, who is married to Rachel’s brother Joel Smith.
“Happy Birthday big boy ❤️,” wrote Minnie Dlamini.
WHY NICHOLAS IS A ‘MIRACLE BABY’
Rachel refers to Nicholas as her “miracle baby” as he was born premature and she was only 24 years old at the time. Rachel previously revealed that Nicholas was born at just 32 weeks old weighing 2.1kg, back in 2017. Take a look…

Rachel and Siya legally adopted his younger siblings, Liyema and Liphelo, following the death of their mother. So, Rachel was a mom of three before welcoming her second child, Keziah with Siya. Siya and Rachel announced their divorce via a joint statement in October 2024, shocking South Africans and the rest of the world, who adored the couple.
Rachel has since gone on to release a document and a book titled Falling Forward. Siya is rumoured to have moved on with 25-year-old influencer Rachel John.
