Grammy Award-winning R&B singer and songwriter Miguel is set to return to South Africa in May 2027, announcing a three-city run that will take him to Cape Town, Sun City and Pretoria.

The highly anticipated shows will mark Miguel’s return to South African stages after his previous visit in March 2013, when he toured the country in support of his album, Kaleidoscope Dream.

The tour is being presented by Vertex Events, which says it aims to deliver three world-class live experiences for South African audiences.

The company’s Head of Events, Zizile Mtshali, described the shows as an opportunity to create memorable experiences, while Executive Director Thato Segoale said bringing Miguel back to South Africa reflects the company’s ambition to “grow bigger and better.”

Fans can expect Miguel to perform some of his biggest songs, including Adorn, Sure Thing, All I Want Is You, Coffee, Sky Walker, and How Many Drinks?, alongside material from his wider catalogue. His music is known for blending R&B, soul and rock, helping establish him as one of the distinctive voices of contemporary R&B.

Tickets for the shows are selling out through Webtickets, with ticket prices starting at approximately R950.
