Lerato Matsoso is Bongani ‘Murdah Bongz’ Mohosana’s first baby mama. The former Black Motions member recently married DJ Zinhle Jiyani in a traditional private ceremony last year.

The couple has a child together, and Murdah also welcomed Jiyani’s child from her previous relationship with rapper AKA.

The adorable family is usually seen on social media all loved up and united as a family.

When a controversial entertainment blogger revealed that Murdah already had a child with Lerato Matsoso previous to meeting Jiyani, the jaw-dropping news had netizens calling Murdah Bongz a deadbeat dad, The South African reported.

The former band member cleared the accusations and said that it was Lerato’s decision to keep their child out of the public eye.

According to Business And Arts South Africa, Lerato started her impressive career as a journalist and landed a career working for the Composers, Authors, and Publishers Association (CAPASSO), where she works as a Stakeholder Relations Manager and media expert.

She is also a former entertainment and lifestyle editor at Daily Sun and Sunday Sun newspapers.

She has worked in the entertainment industry as an expert commentator on UKhozi FM, YFM, SABC 1’s Real Goboza, and the Sunrise breakfast show that aired on eTV and reportedly presented entertainment news.

Lerato is a highly accomplished woman. She has reportedly served as a judge for local and international music, television and arts awards.

One of the gigs she bagged was presenting the South African Music Awards.

The humble lady uplifts her community by distributing toiletries to high schools annually in her ongoing The Love Care Pack initiative.
