Despite being unveiled by Orlando Pirates this week, teenage midfielder Azola Matrose is set to remain at Chippa United.
Matrose joined Chippa United at the beginning of the season and had an excellent Engen Knockout Challenge which saw him terrorising defenders in Eastern Cape.
The 18-year-old made his first-team debut for the Chilli Boys in September when the Eastern Cape-based side faced Royal AM at Chatsworth.
The Gqeberha-born player had a very impressive season even though he might not have had a high goals contribution. The dribbling wizard managed to score only one goal and grab one assists in 14 appearances he has made for Chippa.
Pirates announced the signing of the youngster alongside Cameroonian forward Bienvenu Eva Nga, Miguel Timm & Evidence Makgopa.
But iDiski Times has learned from two separate sources that Matrose will remain on loan at Chippa United for this coming season and help the Chilli Boys.
Meanwhile, Eva Nga will join Pirates in camp in the coming days.
