EFF leader Julius Malema and Mbuyiseni Ndlozi are back in court today on charges of assault on SAPS Colonel Johannes Venter.
The assault case against EFF’s Julius Malema and Mbuyiseni Ndlozi continues at the Randburg Magistrate’s Court.
The two are accused of assaulting a police officer at the funeral of the late ANC stalwart Winnie Madikizela Mandela in 2018.
The police officer was trying to stop Ndlozi and Malema from entering the venue where Madikizela-Mandela was to be buried.
