Makhadzi cut ties with dancer Limpopo Boy after ghosting her on her World Tour

Makhadzi is topping the trends after she finally cut ties with dancer Limpopo Boy. Undoubtedly, they had become one of the greatest duos on stage, and their energetic performance had thrust them into the international spotlight. Reports have it that celebrated singer Makhadzi and dancer Limpopo have parted ways.

Limpopo Boy, born Matome Robert Thoka and Makhadzi, have had a nasty fallout which has since spilt into tabloids. Confirmed sources have it that the two are no longer seeing each other eye to eye after Limpopo Boy dumped Makhadzi in the eleventh hour. He was even left behind when Makhadzi did her world tour.

Close sources from Open Mic indicate that Limpopo Boy deliberately delayed providing his details to the management so that they could include him in the tour regarding flight bookings and accommodation.

“Limpopo Boy thought he was bigger than Makhadzi and took advantage that Makhadzi loves him. He wanted Makhadzi to treat him as if he was more special than all the other artists. When he was told to submit his documents, he delayed and that infuriated the management at Open Mic and they asked Makhadzi to look for his replacement for the tour,” said the source.

In the mix of things, Makhadzi later found herself having other dancers perform for her after Limpopo Boy ghosted her.

We can all agree that this was a big blow to Makhadzi, who has performed for years with Limpopo Boy. In the mix of things, reports have it that Limpopo Boy wanted a special treat, forcing the Open Mic management to opt for other dancers.

“While Makhadzi was touring overseas Limpopo Boy was busy travelling for a dance competition. This did not sit well with Makhadzi because she wanted to travel with him overseas. What is painful is that they have replaced him with other dancers, who are doing well too. I doubt Makhadzi misses him as. she has assembled a new team of dancers,” revealed another source.

Unconfirmed reports show that despite being included in Makhadzi’s tour, Limpopo Boy remained back home and opted for a dancing competition. However, this is not the first the two have made all sorts of headlines for the wrong reasons. A few months ago, it was reported that the two dancers wanted to go solo after their newfound fame. Makhadzi performed at the recent South African Music Awards without Limpopo Boy, nowhere to be seen.
