Folowing the 2-0 win over Magesi FC before the FIFA break, Kaizer Chiefs face Orbit College at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in the Betway Premiership at 15:00.

Team news have confirmed Amakhosi have replaced Inacio Miguel and Dillan Solomons with Given Msimango and Thabiso Monyane.

ORBIT COLLEGE VS KAIZER CHIEFS STARTING LINE UPS

Orbit College starting line up: To be announced.

Kaizer Chiefs starting line up: Bvuma (C), Cross, McCarthy, Msimango, Monyane, Ngcobo, Maboe, Shabalala, Lilepo, Mmodi, and Duba.

Substitutes: Mazhamba, Frosler, Mako, Mthethwa, Ndlovu, Chislett, Da Silva, Vilakazi, and Velebayi.

For Kaizer Chiefs, a victory today would be a massive step toward securing a top-three finish and a spot in continental competition next season.

Currently sitting in 4th place with 36 points, a win would move them to 39 points, potentially leapfrogging AmaZulu into 3rd or even moving level with Sekhukhune United in 2nd, depending on goal difference and other results.

For Orbit are 15th with 18 points, three points today would lift them out of the play-off position and as high as 13th place, moving them ahead of Chippa United and Marumo Gallants.

WHY ORBIT ARE SERIOUS UNDERDOGS

Scoring goals has been a major issue, with the team finding it difficult to be consistent in front of goal across their 22 matches. A poor run of results has left them in a difficult position near the bottom.

With only a few games remaining, Orbit are under pressure to pick up points, especially with just four points separating them from bottom-placed Magesi FC.

The first round clash saw Kaizer Chiefs walk away as 4-1 winners over Orbit College at FNB Stadium. Mduduzi Shabalala played an important role, scoring in the 61st minute and adding two assists as Amakhosi maintained control for most of the match.

did manage to respond through Ayanda Lukhele in the 70th minute, but any hope of a comeback was short-lived. Mfundo Vilakazi quickly added another for Kaizer Chiefs, before Flavio Silva scored late to complete the result.
