Media personality Minnie Dlamini has addressed recent claims about her financially supporting her husband, Quinton Jones, amid their ongoing divorce.
In an interview with YouTuber Lasizwe Dambuza on his show Awkward Dates, Dlamini confirmed that her divorce proceedings, which she announced in 2022, are indeed taking place.

When asked about her feelings regarding supporting a man, she jokingly replied that she could embrace the “rich auntie vibe,” emphasizing that she has been handling it for years.
It was reported earlier that Jones had requested R10,000 in monthly spousal support and sought custody of their child in the divorce hearings.
Minnie Dlamini and Quinton Jones, whose 2017 wedding was documented in a series called “Becoming Mrs. Jones,” announced their separation in a joint statement in February 2022.
In a previous interview in March 2023, Dlamini opened up about her marriage and the importance of not feeling restricted within a relationship.
She acknowledged ignoring red flags but also emphasized that it was not solely her fault.
