Hell break loose as Ronald Lamola tells Julius Malema that he is lying – iReport South Africa News

This got heated at the late hours today during the Judicial Service Commission(JSC) interviews , the body is today interviewing, Acting Chief Justice , Ronald Lamola , for the post of the Chief Justice .

When Malema was talking at the JSC , Lamola interrupted and said that the leader of the EFF was lying that he sent the name of Mlambo to the ACJ to be appointed as the Acting Chief Justice when Mogoeng was leaving .

Malema however responded by saying that he was not going to be called a lier by Lamola at a public platform. The Minister of Justice, Lamola , said he is withdrawing the word lie but maintained that Malema was out of order.

Lamola said he has got a right to put a point of oreder because it was not going to be good for Malema to continue to lie with the impunity he was having .

Legal experts are saying that they are worried about the dignity and the integrity of the JSC as an important body in the constitution of South Africa .

Freedom Under Law is one of the organisation which pleaded with the JSC to have Malema removed because he is politicising the interviews.
