Gomora actress ‘Gladys’ Thembi Seete shows off cooking skills and yummy recipes in her kitchen. The heavy-weight entertainer has shocked many with her fantastic cooking skills, as many thought she was just an all-around entertainer. Thembi surprised her fans and Mzansi after sharing a video on her Instagram whilst cooking. Not only did she prepare a random meal, but she also prepared carbonara pasta, an Italian dish from Rome.

It’s #PastaWednesday with Fatti’s & Moni’s, and this week 😋 I’ve made a delicious and easy to create five ingredient carbonara dish.

5-INGREDIENT CARBONARA PASTA | RECIPE
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
300g Fatti’s & Moni’s Bellissimo Tagliatelle Pasta Ribbons
One pack (250g) of diced bacon
Two cloves garlic, crushed
Two whole eggs and three egg yolks
¾ cup finely grated firm cheese, plus extra for garnish
Salt and ground black pepper, to season *optional
