COVID-19: Mask rules to be re-examined

The Department of Health is looking into whether South Africans can stop wearing masks in public.

Health Minister Joe Phaahla says that his department has been listening to various experts and will present options to the president within the next two weeks.

He says while expert opinions do differ, they are listening to as many people as possible.

Calls are growing to lift the State of Disaster. Saturday will be exactly two years since it was announced.
