Kaizer Chiefs have added TWO new players to their squad although the other is on a pre-contract and will only join his teammates in July.

Thatayaone Ditlhokwe is in the final six months of his contract with SuperSport United, and as soon as Chiefs heard that they pounced and snapped him up.
And as things stand, the Botswana international will move to Naturena in July unless the two teams – SuperSport United and Chiefs – agree on his early release.

The second signing is that of Christian Saile, who had been linked with Chiefs for weeks prior to his move on Thursday afternoon.
The 22-year-old striker from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) joins Chiefs from Zambian outfit Nchanga Rangers.

According to Chiefs, Ditlhokwe has agreed to a four-year deal effective from 1 July, meaning he will be with the Soweto giants until June 2027.

Ditlhokwe is just 24 years old, and by the time his four-year deal with Chiefs expires, he would be 28.
Meanwhile, Saile has penned a three-and-a-half deal, meaning will be at Chiefs until June 2025 for as long the technical team wants him to stay.
