Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte has tested positive for Covid-19.
However, the Italian mentor is expected to be in charge of Spurs’ Saturday league tie against Brighton.
The club expects him to be symptom-free ahead of the game on Saturday.
Conte was on the touchline to oversee a 4-0 win against Aston Villa last Saturday.
The 54-year-old tactician returned a positive Covid-19 test over the weekend and has been isolating away from the squad.
He is also expected to hold his pre-match press conference on Thursday afternoon via Zoom rather than the in-person conferences.
The side is currently fourth on the Premier League table with 57 points from 31 outings.
