Actress, executive producer and entrepreneur, Connie Ferguson recently shared a heartwarming video clip of her and her late husband, Shona Ferguson, on the fourth anniversary of his death.

The media mogul was diagnosed with Covid-19 in June 26, 2021. He was treated at home for about a week. However, his symptoms worsened leading to him being admitted in Pinehaven hospital. On July 30, 2021 he succumbed to his battle with Covid-19.

Shona and Connie met on July 31, 2001 and tied the knot in the same year in November. Their love story and how they built one another inspired many.

Recently, Connie took to her Instagram page to mark the fourth year without her beloved husband. Captioning her post, she said: “The way he used to harass me! I miss you annoying me Dawg! Thinking about you and missing you is just part of me now, and I’m okay with it. You are unforgettable. You are in me, and I love you forever. Long live my King.”

The video clip she shared, displays the banter and jokes that solidified their marriage.

Instagram users weighed in:

“A big hug to you mommy,” said one user.

Another one said: “His memory lives on, this was a beautiful share. As sad as it may be, our lovely lady has made peace with the fact that; even though she can’t see him face to face, or get to have daily conversations with him, she has made it possible to live with the memories they shared. That is just another kind of peace.”

While another one said: “I am humble because of these two.”
