Dylan Kerr is set to replace Dan Malesela as coach of Marumo Gallants, iDiski Times can confirm.
Gallants are winless in eight games and lost six of those, sitting rooted at the bottom of the DStv Premiership log.
As a consequence, the club is understood to have pulled the trigger on Malesela.
‘Dan Dance’ only returned to the club in October after starting the season with Royal AM, however, he left Thwihli Thwahla because he wasn’t happy with the co-coaching setup.
Upon his return to Gallants, Malesela won his first three games in charge and picked up five victories in his first eight matches, with two of those coming in the DStv Premiership and the other three in the CAF Confederations Cup.
However, ever since November the club has been winless and sit at the bottom of the log with just 15 points.
This publication can confirm, Dylan Kerr is currently on his way to the club’s offices where he is expected to be confirmed the new Gallants coach, as first reported by Daily Sun.
Kerr previously coached Black Leopards twice, Baroka, TTM and was last in charge of Swallows, where he was fired in September last year despite preventing the club’s relegation in 2021/22.
