Chiefs Offer Alexander Settlement – iDiski Times

Kaizer Chiefs have offered midfielder Cole Alexander a settlement as he looks set for a new move for his future.

Alexander, 33, joined Chiefs from Indian side Odisha under then head coach Stuart Baxter in July 2021.

He’s made 28 appearances over the past two season, scoring once, but only featured seven times under Arthur Zwane in 2022/23.

This year, he made one appearance, featuring in a 1-0 defeat to Sekhukhune United as he fought his way back to full fitness.

Alexander, who won the MTN8 with SuperSport United in 2017/18, has now been offered a settlement on his existing contract by the club, iDiski Times has learnt.

It will likely end the player’s stint at Naturena and he will become a free agent with the opportunity to join a new club in the upcoming transfer window that opens next week.

Alexander has been linked with a return to Matsatsantsa, where he could reunite with his former coach at Bidvest Wits, Gavin Hunt, where he featured 73 times between 2018 and 2020 before the club was sold.
