Chidimma Adetshina sparks online buzz after revealing she’s in Cape Town

South African-born beauty queen Chidimma Adetshina has set social media abuzz after confirming she is currently in Cape Town.

The former Miss South Africa contestant, who stirred controversy earlier this year by mocking the Miss SA organisation, took to X on Monday, 11 August, to share a short video of herself alongside a location tag emoji.

Chidimma, who also made headlines in 2024 when she withdrew from the Miss SA competition, quickly became a trending topic once again as the post spread across social platforms.

While some fans welcomed her back, others used the moment to criticise both the model and the Department of Home Affairs, fuelling fresh debates online.
