Rosemary Ndlovu And Nomsa Mudau Sentenced To 10 Years For Incitement To Murder
Convicted serial killer and former police officer Rosemary Ndlovu and her co-accused, Nomsa Mudau, have each been sentenced to 10 years in prison for incitement to commit murder.
The Kempton Park Regional Court handed down the sentences in connection with a failed 2018 plot to kill Mudau’s then-husband, Justice Mudau, allegedly to secure insurance payouts.
The pair were found guilty in May 2026 of the alternative charge of incitement to commit murder after the alleged hitmen warned the intended victim instead of carrying out the plot.
Ndlovu, who is already serving six life sentences for the murders of relatives and her boyfriend in insurance-related schemes, will serve the new 10-year sentence concurrently with her existing sentences.
Mudau, however, has been sentenced to direct imprisonment.
The matter returns to court on 3 November 2026 after Mudau indicated that she intends to appeal her conviction.
