BREAKING NEWS 🚨 | “GAGASH” AND ATTORNEY WIFE TO APPEAL BAIL DENIAL
TMPD constable Peter “Gagash” Nonyane and his wife, attorney Charlotte Tibana, are expected in the Polokwane High Court on Wednesday, 23 September, to appeal the decision denying them bail.
The couple face 43 charges linked to alleged theft, fraud and money laundering involving deceased estates. The State alleges that approximately R6 million was unlawfully withdrawn from estate accounts.
Both remain in custody.
