Benjani Mwaruwari axed four months into Ngezi job

Former Manchester City striker Benjani Mwaruwari has been shown the exit door at Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League side Ngezi Platinum exactly four months after his appointment.

The miners handed Mwaruwari his first head coaching job after a brief stint as national team assistant coach, but his team has struggled to get results. Following the 1-0 loss to Yadah over the weekend, the club has decided to get rid of him.
