She has a heart of gold: Ayanda Ncwane gives back to the community following KZN floods

Mzansi is impressed with reality star and entrepreneur Ayanda Ncwane’s heart of gold. She recently shared on her Instagram that she visited the community of Ndwedwe to donate blankets and food following the national disaster of floods.

In her post, the star shared pictures of her trying to cross the rivers because there was no mode of transport that could help them reach Ndwedwe; the waters were everywhere. She had to walk barefoot because her shoes were too high to be walking a long distance with them. She has proven to be a woman of integrity who will do anything to help those in need.

After reaching the community of Ndwedwe, Ayanda shared the word of God, comforting those who lost their loved ones and homes. She gave them the word of hope and prayed with them.

The supper star did not end with comforting them with words. Ayanda donated blankets, clothes, and food, which is essential to them now. The people of Ndwedwe got emotional after the actress doted things to them for free. Others started crying and screening as they were not expecting this particular kind of treatment.

They assumed since they were from the remote areas of Kwazulu Natal, nobody was going to remember them. The families at the gathering of donations thanked Ayanda, and they were all smiles on their faces.

Following her visit to Ndwedwe, Ayanda shared pictures on her Instagram with a caption:

“Today as I visit Ndwedwe. My heart is aching for our people, especially in rural areas where help & resources are far away from them. Hearing experiences of these bereaved families and community tore me apart. What’s done is done. Business men & women born in rural areas I know you will do the right thing, many of the families are still waiting for help. Food vouchers, donations and blankets, prayer & word of hope is what we can give for now but from after the funerals they will need us even more….they no longer have places called HOME 😢💔. Thank you to the 2 Police Stations Ndwedwe & Insuze for helping us today, we salute your integrity”

Mzansi was impressed with her boss’s moves, and they thanked her for helping the Ndwedwe community.
