Chiefs Hold Sell-On Option With Ngezana

Kaizer Chiefs have a 10% sell-on clause for academy product Siyabonga Ngezana who joined Romanian giants FCSB in the off-season. 

The 26-year-old made a surprise move to Europe, signing a five-year deal with the Superliga leaders in a transfer that could reach up to R12 million.

Chiefs do hold a 10% clause that would profit from any potential sale in future, which could provide a healthy amount. 

After a slow start at FCSB, Ngezana has become a key player for the Romanian team, and scored his first goal for the club last month.

Club President Gigi Becali recently stated the towering defender is worth around € 7 million (R140m).
