@SpotlessClean14: “Could they go 50/50 on groceries and not on other things? 50/50 cannot work on everything, and for people to assume that the entire relationship is on a 50/50 basis. If my man takes care of a whole lot of other bills I’d gladly buy groceries on my own.
@Cindy_LooWoo: “I don’t understand how going 50/50 with someone you are trying to build with is a problem. Some women expect too much from a man. How will he grow if he dates a liability? Life is expensive to be living with someone who does not contribute”.
@Oletta15148998: Mina I think it’s high time in Mjolo (committed) ppl start having real honest conversations about financial fidelity including protective mechanisms for their assets and wealth. Unlike dwelling on groove n booze, sex, material brands, etc. things that don’t grow you as a couple”.
@Fabiollofaith: “Most couples split bills, it’s actually a normal thing. Why would you expect your partner to be the only one paying the bills, when you’re also working? Next thing someone’s son is in debt and depressed because they want to prove that they are “man enough”.
