Former Kaizer Chiefs Jabu Mahlangu has praised Mamelodi Sundowns’ performance against Al Ahly SC and claimed that they will win the CAF Champions League.
A few weeks ago Mahlangu was heavily criticizing Sundowns mentioning that they destroying South African football and Bafana Bafana is not benefiting from the team. The former Orlando Pirates’ video went viral on social media platforms.
After Masandawana hammered Al Ahly SC by 5-2 on Saturday Mahlangu sang a different song as he praised them and the way they playing. He went on and made a big claim that Downs will win the competition also stating that other players from other teams can learn a lot from Sundowns player’s performance-wise.
“I have to take this opportunity to congratulate ‘Kaboyellow’ Mamelodi Sundowns. What a great performance bafethu,” Mahlangu said in his video
“Wow! Amazing performance, Amazing teamwork, amazing goals. You know what bafethu, Ai! Al Ahly they were burning you. Well done! Masandawana especially the performance that the players displayed. It was just on another level.
“Another star loading, as South Africans we thank you Masandawana. They’ve been disrespecting us these Egyptian guys. Players from other teams, you can learn a lot from those guys especially performance-wise.”
