Jesse Kriel – who is filling in for injured Springboks captain Siya Kolisi – has given the public a look at his car. And according to many, it’s a beast on wheels.

PEEP JESSE KRIEL’S CAR

On his Instagram account, Springbok Jesse Kriel has given his followers a look at his newest car.

The ripped rugby player drives an Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio, which has a starting price of over R2 million.

“The human equivalent of you”, commented one follower, while another added: “Quiet but powerful.”

Jesse previously drove a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, which is valued at around R1,5 million.

THE NEXT SPRINGBOKS CAPTAIN?

Jess Kriel’s leadership skills in Siya Kolisi’s absence has been praised by rugby insiders.

However, according to Rugby365, Jesse’s performance could “catapult him into long‑term leadership discussions”.

According to coach Rassie Erasmus, Jesse – who is the team’s vice captain –  will step in for Siya during non-selection.

Speaking at the Boks’ first alignment camp this year, Rassie confirmed that Siya would “not play all the matches this year.”
