NEWS Niang Set To Join SuperSport Published 2 years ago on December 8, 2022 By SA LIVE NEWS Serigne Mamour Niang, the younger brother of former Mamelodi Sundowns striker Mame Niang, is set to join SuperSport United. Niang, 23, has been training with Amatsatsantsa for some time and he is is part of the team that is in Durban for a mini-preseason. The former Teungueth Rufisque striker also played a part in the friendly match against Uthongathi FC, which Gavin Hunt’s men won 3-1. He played a vital role for Teungueth during the CAF Champions League, scoring two goals and assisted on one occasion in six matches he played. The Tshwane giants are sitting in third place on the DStv Premiership log with 21 points, seven behind log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns. They will resume their 2022/23 campaign against Marumo Gallants at Lucas Moripe Stadium on 30 December 2022.
