Former Kaizer Chiefs winger and iDiskiTV analyst Junior Khanye has bagged himself a new brand ambassador role with SAB.
Khanye, 37, has become one of the leading analysts in the South African football fraternity and also ventured into other spheres off the pitch, including launching his own Junior Khanye Football Academy and club Fak’ iMali Uzobona FC in Daveyton.
The former Chiefs winger has done well in turning his life around after several off-pitch distractions played a role in the premature ending of his promising career.
As he continues to reap the rewards of turning his life around, Khanye has now been signed by SAB as brand ambassador to inspire others.
“I’ve got a new gig with SAB, called the Carling Champions Academy Program as ambassador,” he told iDiski Times.

“There is a workshop that we’ll be doing in Ga-Rankuwa to start this week, with the ambition to do this all over the country.
“I’m starting tomorrow and I’ll be working as brand ambassador to talk during a work shop about problems of substance abuse and alcohol.
“I’ll share my story and give advise so young people can see the dangers in substance abuse and alcohol and how to overcome, how to turn your life positively.
“I want to teach not only young kids, but other people as well.
“The wish is to go across the country, for now we’ll start in Ga-Rankuwa.”
