Marumo Gallants head coach Dan Malesela is confident that they can get something against Mamelodi Sundowns even though it won’t be easy.
Malesela was recently re-appointed as head coach of Gallants after leaving the side before the start of the current season to join Royal AM.
The 57-year-old has started his second run with three wins, beating TS Galaxy 1-0 in the league before celebrating two wins against Elgeco Plus in the CAF Confederations Cup 3-1 and 1-0.
However, they face a stern test on Wednesday, facing the current DStv Premiership champions but he is confident that they can get something as they desperate for maximum points.
“We always expecting a tough outing, it’s not gonna be easy against the champions of the league,” Malesela said ahead of the match.

“We always try and prepare in relevance to what we expect to see happen in the match but also prepare for the unknown for the player.
“The biggest one is for us to prepare ourselves as in how do we approach the match to really taking our entire focus and putting it on the opponents otherwise then we will be switching to defensive mode which we don’t want to do.
“We come here to play for three points and I know also they want to play for three points but we are desperate in terms of points so we want to get ourselves away where we are and see.
“Every match is important and this one is one of those matches that we feel we should do something and get something out of it.”
Gallants could climb from 15h into 10th spot with a win, while Sundowns will be keen to claim the three points in order to jump back tot he top of the log.
