BAIL GRANTED
Former IDAC head Advocate Andrea Johnson and former Crime Intelligence boss Major-General Feroz Khan have been granted R10,000 bail each in the Pretoria Magistrates’ Court, where they face charges relating to defeating the ends of justice and alleged interference in a 2018 assault case involving Khan and Brigadier Leonora Phetlhe.
The case has been postponed to February 2027 for further proceedings.
