Tiffany Meek’s Murder Trial Resumes in Palm Ridge
Tiffany Meek, the 32-year-old mother accused of murdering her 11-year-old son, Jayden-Lee Meek, is back in the Johannesburg High Court, sitting in Palm Ridge as her trial resumes.
The court is expected to consider findings from an in-loco inspection conducted in August at the Swazi Place apartment complex in Fleurhof, where Jayden-Lee’s partially clothed body was found in May 2025.
The inspection was conducted to help clarify details surrounding the case. Photographs taken during the visit were to be compiled into an album for use in court proceedings.
Meek has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, child abuse, defeating the ends of justice and crimen injuria.
The trial was postponed in September after the State prosecutor fell ill.
