Bernard Parker Announces Separation, Leaving South Africans Confused About Wife Wendy
Former Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana star Bernard Parker has left South Africans confused after announcing his separation from businesswoman Kacha Stepanovic, revealing that they had been in a relationship for three years.
In an emotional statement shared on Monday, Parker apologised to Kacha for hurting her and admitted to struggling with personal addictions that had affected his loved ones. He also pledged to continue co-parenting their blended family of six children.
However, the announcement sparked more questions than sympathy, with many social media users asking what happened to his wife, Wendy Parker, whom he married in 2012 and shares two sons with.
The confusion deepened as Parker and Wendy were still pictured together on social media in 2024, despite his claim of a three-year relationship with Kacha.
Parker has not publicly clarified when his marriage to Wendy ended or whether they officially divorced, leaving South Africans questioning the timeline of his relationships.
