It will be the third meeting between the two sides in just eight days, coming after Orlando Pirates claimed a 2-0 Betway Premiership victory over Sekhukhune United.

The defending champions are chasing history with a fifth consecutive MTN8 final appearance within reach. There is little room for mistakes as Pirates look to make their home advantage count while using quick transitions and width to put pressure on their opponents.
Defensively, the Buccaneers will also need to remain disciplined. Protecting their aggregate advantage will be just as important as finding another goal.
Sekhukhune United face a difficult task as they attempt to overturn the deficit. Their challenge has been made even tougher by a series of selection problems affecting both the technical team and playing squad.
Head coach Cedric Kaze will watch from the stands after receiving a red card during the midweek league defeat. Assistant coach Paulus Masehe will therefore take charge from the dugout.
The visitors are also without their preferred full-backs. Vuyo Letlapa is sidelined through injury, while Tshepho Mashiloane cannot play against his parent club due to the terms of his loan agreement with Orlando Pirates.
