Glitz and Glamour! A look inside Karabo Ntshweng from YoTV’s traditional wedding

She is all grown up now and time most certainly accelerating. In the early, too late 2000s Karabo Ntshweng was a bubbly, young and vibrant YoTV presenter on SABC 1. The current 5FM presenter got married in her SeTswana tradition at her home town Rustenburg yesterday.

Journey to the big day

It all started on the 14th of September 2021 when her now husband proposed to her. She shared the photos of him popping the question and her finally wearing her engagement ring. During the engagement, they were outdoors and Karabo had the widest smile on her face. She was madly excited and her fans were as equally excited. On the 25th of September, the couple celebrated their anniversary.

On December the 1st, her husband who goes by the name of David went to her home and paid lobola for her. She was dressed in traditional bridal attire and looked absolutely amazing. It was clear that the couple intended on wasting no time together.

On the 31st of July, the 5FM presenter shared a stunning video of how she celebrated her bridal shower. She hosted an outdoor event to celebrate her last day as Miss Ntshweng as she was going to be a bride soon. Her decor was absolutely majestic with white clothes and golden cutlery. Her dress in the bridal shower was bringing with various sequence colours and feather detailing at the bottom of the sleeves and the dress.

The big day

Her traditional wedding was nothing short of incredible. She was dressed in a gorgeous SeTswana dress with no straps and a gorgeous skirt at the bottom with layers. Her husband was dressed in a black suit and a white shirt.
The couple looked very happy at the bridal table enjoying the meal and toasting to the camera. As the wedding went by the couple shared a gorgeous traditional dance routine with their guests.

Sidwell Ngwenya shared all the content

Her former colleague on YoTV Sidwell Ngwenya mostly known as Pysfo was present at the wedding alongside his wife. He shared the videos of the wedding and various photos as well. Karabo and her husband have not shared the content of their big day just as yet.
