What Yanga are doing to keep in-demand Mayele | African News

Fiston Mayele has had an incredible season, the only blight being failing to clinch the Golden Boot Award. Nonetheless, the Young Africans forward has caught the interest of several clubs, thanks to his exploits in the Tanzania topflight.

Yanga have tabled a new tempting contract for the in-demand Congolese forward. 

With interest in the forward swelling from South Africa, North Africa and the Middle East, Yanga knows they have to bump up his contract to keep him. 

Timu ya Wananchi wants to convince him to extend his stay with a year left on his deal. 

Mayele joined the Dar es Salaam giants from DRC outift AS Vita on a two-year deal. He scored 19 goals in all competitions as they ended a five-year league title drought.
