Dr Mkhize has been having a tough time accepting her deteriorating health so she can start treatment. The doctor has recently been unwell, and after tests on her, it is confirmed that she has stage three breast cancer. Instead of immediately starting treatment, Mkhize shuts herself off from the world and does not go to work for several days.

On the contrary, off-screen, the actress has been living her best life recently and shares with her fans regularly. Sthandwa Nzuza has been posting pictures and videos of herself in Singapore, living her best life.

A few days ago, the actress started sharing pictures at a foreign destination but did not share her location. However, in her comment section, her closest friends and family shared that she is in Singapore, and the hotel she is booked at is one of the most expensive. From sharing beautiful views of the city to her view of swimming on top of the tallest building, Sthandwa has left no stone unturned during her visit.

Last year Nzuza made headlines when she was fighting with her ex-husband, who wouldn’t leave her alone. The actress opened up about the abusive nature of the man, who is also said to be a Pastor and a church leader.
