Semi-final dates, venues and kick-off times

The dates, venues and kick-off times for the highly anticipated Nedbank Cup semi-finals have been confirmed, with both fixtures scheduled to take place over the Easter long weekend.

Both matches will kick off at 15:00 as the remaining teams battle for a place in the final of the prestigious knockout competitions.

Semi-final Fixtures

The action begins on Saturday, 4 April, when Durban City face Casric Stars at Chatsworth Stadium.

The second semi-final will take place on Sunday, 5 April, with TS Galaxy FC taking on Milford FC at Solomon Mahlangu Stadium.

Both matches promise exciting encounters as the four teams aim to extend their impressive cup runs.

Tickets on Sale

Tickets for both semi-final matches are priced at R50 and are currently available through Open Tickets outlets nationwide, as well as on online platforms.

Supporters are encouraged to secure their tickets early as demand is expected to grow ahead of the fixtures.

Road to the Final

This year’s Nedbank Cup has already delivered several surprises, with all four semi-finalists hoping to make history.

Notably, none of the remaining teams have previously won the Nedbank Cup, meaning the tournament will produce a first-time champion regardless of which sides progress to the final.

Nedbank Cup Prize Money

The stakes are high, with substantial prize money on offer:

  • Winner: R7 000 000
  • Runner-up: R2 500 000
  • Semi-finalists: R1 000 000

With a place in the final and a chance at major silverware on the line, fans can expect a thrilling weekend of knockout football as the competition moves closer to crowning a new champion.

Meanwhile, whichever coach leads his team to Nedbank Cup glory this season, will do so for the first time.

Adnan Beganovic (TS Galaxy), Bucs Mthombeni (Casric Stars), Xanti Pupuma (Milford FC) and Pitso Dladla (Durban City) are all seeking to earn their first silverware in the game, and the Nedbank Cup would be a career highlight.
