A KZN academy product has returned to his club in central Europe.

After spending two weeks with his family in Durban, Kaizer Chiefs target Thabo Cele has returned to his Polish club.

The Radomiak Radom midfielder has been linked with Amakhosi, but he has since returned to Poland ahead of the start of the new season.

In the 2021/22 campaign, the 25-year-old made 13 appearances as Radomiak managed to finish in the top five in the Ekstraklasa log standings.

Cele moved to Poland after spending five years in Portugal where he played for several clubs in the second and third divisions.

He featured for 45 minutes as Radomiak narrowly lost 1-0 against Gornik Leczna in a club friendly this past weekend.
