People whose COVID-19 grant applications were rejected can expect payment. According to South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) payment can be expected by the end of the week.
SASSA says the delays were due to verification and reconsideration processes.
It says payments will be specifically for reconsideration appeals for the period August to November 2021.
