Handover of final State Capture Inquiry report delayed

The handover of the State Capture Inquiry’s final report will now be at a later date.

The report was due to be handed over last Wednesday, however, the Commission says it was unable to do so due to what it calls certain challenges. In April, Chief Justice, Raymond Zondo, was given an extension to complete the final report.

The handover ceremony was set take place at the Union Buildings Monday evening. However, Zondo has asked for yet another postponement.
