Simba Sports Club star Larry Bwalya will not leave the club for AmaZulu and is currently happy to remain with the Tanzanian giants, his agent Thato Matuka has confirmed.

Bwalya, 27, has emerged as one of the finest talents in East Africa since joining Simba from Power Dynamos in 2020 and has been subject of reported interest in South Africa over the past 12 months.

This website was informed that Usuthu had made an official move for his services in order to lure him to the DStv Premiership but his representative has refuted the claims by stating Bwalya is likely to remain at Simba and he still has one year on his contract with the club.

“There are no talks with AmaZulu, we have not concluded any personal terms with AmaZulu and as the management agency of Rally… nobody has been in touch with us and officially I can state the rumour, if it is a rumour, is false,” his agent Thato Matuka of Brand Arc Sports confirmed to iDiski Times.

“Rally is currently contracted to Simba, he is committed to the club and he’s happy where he is currently, no terms have been agreed and we’ve not had any discussions with AmaZulu at all.”

Bwalya is currently on international duty with the Chipolopolo ahead of their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Ivory Coast and Comoros over the next seven days.
