Lasizwe checks in to mental health facility

Social media influencer Lasizwe Dambuza revealed that he has checked himself into a mental health facility.

LASIZWE DAMBUZA CHECKS INTO MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY

Popular social media influencer and YouTuber Laziswe Dambuza has revealed that he has checked himself into a mental wellness retreated and has handed over his social media accounts to his management team. He expressed that he is burnt out and depressed.

“This year has been mentally challenging. I’m burnt out. I’m depressed,” he said.

“I wish people could take mental health seriously. And to you watching this, please find someone in your community, in your family, your friendship, to speak to regarding your feelings, your emotions. Find professional help,” he continued.

“I checked myself into a mental wellness retreat for the next couple of weeks. I’ve handed over my social media accounts to my management and they will be the ones managing it during my stay here,” he wrote.

“I’m surrounded by professional help and can’t wait to come home stronger and ready to kick off the new year stronger,” he continued.

This isn’t the first time Lasizwe has checked himself in to a mental health retreat, in December 2024, he also handed over his social media accounts and surrounded himself by professional help.
