South African-born billionaire Elon Musk said he plans to file for full custody of his one-year-old son after his “baby mama” Ashley St. Clair showed support for the transgender community, on Monday 12 January.

ELON MUSK WANTS FULL CUSTODY OF SON

Pretoria-born billionaire Elon Musk said that he plans on filing for full custody of his one-year-old son, who he shares with influencer Ashley St. Clair, on Monday 12 January. This comes after Ashley came out in support of the transgender community.

The SpaceX and Tesla CEO explained that he feels that Ashley may “transition” their one-year-old son.

“I will be filing for full custody today, given her statements implying she might transition a one-year-old boy,” Musk wrote in a post on X, replying to a follower’s comment.

The comment from the follower stated that Musk needed full custody of their son. Take a look…

In February 2025, Ashley revealed that Musk fathered her child, that she welcomed in 2024. At the time, Musk remained silent on Ashley’s claim. However, a report by the Wall Street Journal revealed that Musk’s “Probability of Paternity” of the child, reportedly named Romulus was 99.9999%. Musk is also a father of 13 other children.

One of his children, Vivian Musk, who was born as Xavier Musk, changed her name and gender in 2020. Musk claims Vivian is affected by the “woke mind virus.” He also does not acknowledge Vivian as his daughter but rather his “son.”

“I assume you’re referring to my son, Xavier, who has a tragic mental illness caused by the evil woke mind virus you push on vulnerable children. I love Xavier very much and hope he recovers,” wrote Musk.

“My daughters are Azure, Exa (she goes by Y) and Arcadia, and they do indeed love me very much,” he continued.
