3 children have died after eating rat poison in Tembisa
Three (3) Kids have sadly passed away after eating rat poison In Ivory Park Extension 2, Tembisa. The victims are siblings aged 1 year 4 months,
The food was meant for the rats but the adult responsible for the children failed to put the food in a safe place and the children, ate it and subsequently died. And an inquest has been opened and is being investigated by the Ivory Park SAPS.
“Under no circumstances should poisonous substances should be left unattended. Had this precaution been adhered to, this tragedy would have been avoided,” said Brigadier Ngcobo.
