‘Don’t read it please’: Rachel John’s car broken into, journal stolen

Rachel John, the 25-year-old influencer rumoured to be dating Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, revealed that her car was broken into while she was in Amsterdam.

RACHEL JOHN CAR BROKEN INTO, JOURNAL STOLEN

25-year-old Rachel John took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, 26 August, to share the news with her followers, posting a photo of her car cordoned off with police tape reading “POLITIE – NIET BETREDEN” (Police – Do Not Enter). Despite what had happened, Rachel kept things light. Rather than dwelling on the break-in itself, she used the moment to make a cheeky, personal appeal to whoever was responsible, in a photo dump of photos from the week.

Of everything the thief could have taken, it was Rachel’s personal journal that went missing. Take a look…

“The last week🥹 the person that stole my journal from my car, don’t read it pls x✨✨✨,” she captioned the post.

FANS REACT

Fans didn’t hold back in the comments, flooding her page with messages of support and disbelief that someone would target something so personal rather than anything of real monetary value. Followers were quick to rally behind Rachel, with many pointing out how invasive it feels to have a journal stolen compared to more typical valuables.

“Rachel! Really disgusting from your diary!! 😔,” wrote @stephanie5788.

WHERE DO THINGS STAND WITH BOYFRIEND SIYA KOLISI?

Rachel and Siya have kept their relationship largely under wraps since rumours first surfaced late last year, though the pair have given fans plenty to speculate about along the way, from courtside NBA All-Star dates in LA to a viral Empire State Building moment in New York. Not forgetting their “baecation” in Victoria Falls.

However, it is unclear whether the pair are still together or not. Take a look at what we know here.

Rachel was in Cape Town this past weekend, where the Springboks clashed against their rivals, the All Blacks at DHL Stadium.
