Malesela Teffo reportedly walked into the Legal Practice Council seeking a certificate of good standing. He left in police custody.

The disbarred advocate was arrested at the LPC’s premises after officials alerted police, according to a breaking report. A warrant had previously been issued in connection with a contempt of court order.

Teffo remains struck from the roll of legal practitioners.
