The Johannesburg High Court is expected to deliver judgment today in the trial of 23-year-old Bafana Mahungela, who has pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, robbery with aggravating circumstances, murder and the attempted rape of pregnant Delta Park High School teacher Kirsten Kluyts at a Sandton park run in October 2023.
