Arthur Zwane has confirmed that apart from two players with flu, his Kaizer Chiefs squad has no injury concerns, as the club returned to training this week.
Chiefs returned to training on Thursday, after a short break due to the FIFA World Cup, that will only see the DStv Premiership resume at the end of December.
“We welcomed all the guys back on Thursday morning and they looked sharp. We are very happy with what we saw at training,” Zwane told the Chiefs website.

“There are no injuries to report except for a bout of flu that has attacked Phathutshedzo Nange and Kgaogelo Sekgota.
“They will receive the necessary treatment from the medical team and I’m sure they will start training next new week with the team.”
Zwane also confirmed they will be playing a few friendlies to prepare for their match against Golden Arrows when the league resumes.
“We’ve got a few friendlies lined up and these will help with us with our fitness levels before we play that competitive match on New Year’s eve against Arrows,” he continued.
“We hope that no one picks up any injury during the next four weeks so we are ready for that particular game.”
