Zambia looks for new opponent after SAFA snub | African News

Zambia’s scheduled two international friendly matches in Europe has been called off and the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) is expected to make an announcement soon regarding their next opponents.
The Chipolopolo Boys were scheduled to play South Africa and Guinea in Paris, France this month.
But in the turn of events, ZamFoot are reporting that the South African Football Association (SAFA) went behind FAZ and approached the West African country to set up their own friendly match.
That announcement shocked the Zambian FA who had announced the friendly matches last week.
Zambia was scheduled to play South Africa on 25th March, while four days later the Chipolopolo Boys had a date against Guinea.
With both Guinea and South Africa playing each other, FAZ has opted out from playing Guinea.
FAZ are expected to announce new opponents in the next 72 hours.
