The funeral details of Londiwe Faith Nene have been confirmed. Her funeral will take place on 18 October at 10:00 am in the Amakhosini area of Ulundi.

The popular South African personality, best known for her role in Youngins on Showmax, passed away on Saturday, 11 October 2025.

News of her passing has left fans and colleagues in shock, especially as Nene had been active on social media just days earlier.

In their brief statement, the family shared the heartbreaking news and asked for privacy during this difficult time.

Londiwe Faith Nene was a talented and rising South African actress and TV presenter, born on 11 April 1990 in Johannesburg. Known for her warm, relatable presence and natural comic timing, she trained as a journalist before transitioning into acting and presenting.

She gained recognition for her role as Aunt Thuli in the Showmax teen drama Youngins and appeared in Adulting and Outlaws. She also presented on Moja Love shows such as Bheka Sik’bambile and uThando noXolo, where she was celebrated for her empathy and engaging style on topics of love and relationships.
