Woman sent to prison after poking holes in her man’s condoms so that she falls pregnant

A 39-year-old woman from Germany has been jailed for stealing her partner’s sperm by poking holes in his condoms.

According to Daily Mail, the woman, who desperately wanted to fall pregnant, sabotaged her partner’s condoms without his permission.

The regional court in Bielefeld heard that the woman was involved with a 42-year-old man in what was described as a friend-with-benefits relationship. The couple reportedly started meeting up for regular intimate encounters in 2021.

“The court heard that she was unsuccessful in her attempt to get pregnant. However, the woman sent her partner a message over WhatsApp saying she was pregnant, and admitted to sabotaging the condoms,” Daily Mail reported.

Out of anger, the man reportedly filed criminal charges against her.

According to DW.com, the woman was initially facing a charge of rape, which was later changed to s.e.xual assault.

Delivering the verdict, Judge Astrid Salewski said stealthing normally involved men removing or sabotaging their condoms during s.e.x.

“This provision also applies in the reverse case. Condoms were rendered unusable without the man’s knowledge or consent. No means no here as well,” she said.

The woman was given a six-month jail sentence.
